As a Kawerau raised individual which has been brought up around the industrial scene and have been in and around local Mechanical engineering firms while they have been supporting the local industries. I’m passionate around industrial reliability and performance while ensuring safe delivery of site operations specifically around complex geothermal generation assets to meet business, environmental and community requirements. To enable business to succeed, I maintain high standards of senior management by development/execution of long-term strategies based on what the businesses mission statement is and by proxy the team needs to make this a reality. I believe this is achieved through the effective leadership and development personnel, with a heavy focus on efficiency in systems, best practices and change through effective collaboration with key stakeholders internal and external to the organization. I’m excited to be part of ISK’s future and hope to actively contribute by providing effective governance that see’s collaborative growth in this local sector.
