Literacy and Numeracy Support
ISK works with employees that need just a little bit more help with either their numeracy or literacy competency.
Apprentice Study Groups
Apprentice study groups are implemented by ISK to allow for apprentices from multiple companies to study together. A tutor helps the apprentices understand new concepts and solidify their grasp of important aspects.
These study groups provide an environment in which apprentices can grow.
The mechanical study group meets on Tuesday afternoons from 3pm to 5pm at ISK headquarters. Tutor Joe Spod has rich experience in the industry and helps to keep apprentices up to date with their book work.
Driver Licencing Programme
If an employer has staff that do not currently hold a Class 1 License, ISK can facilitate the licensing process.

Stage 2 – Restricted Programme focusses on driving and establishing good habits.
